Our practice areas and professionals are organized in much the same way that leading business schools are organized. All of our experts are colleagues in a single “faculty”, but also belong to departments or practice areas focusing on key business functions and activities. Within each practice area, we have both full-time employee experts with years of consulting and industry experience – most with MBAs, CPAs, CFAs, PhDs, or similar credentials and degrees – and affiliated academic experts who are recognized leaders in their respective fields.

Organizing our practice areas and professionals in this way gives FSG both depth and breadth. Professionals in each practice area understand the types of data and analytic methods commonly employed in their areas, know the academic literature and business research relevant to their areas, and keep abreast of important recent developments. At the same time, we can meet clients’ needs across the full range of business issues that arise in any of our practice areas, including multidisciplinary issues that cut across business functions and activities.
